Companies are able to register with the GoShift portal by creating an Account. Multiple users from within your company can be added to your account via your Account Settings. All users added to your account will have access to all consents associated with the account. If you operate as part of a national chain and have separate offices in different regions, for example franchises, it is recommended that you register the account in the name of your local branch/franchise name. For Example: GoShift Homes – Kapiti, GoShift Homes – Wellington.
If you want to provide limited access to specific building consents (or associated forms) to parties outside of your Organisation, this can be achieved via the collaboration functionality located in the Submission Collaborators section of the Submission Summary page.
